Executive Awards
ARTWORK
Digital or electronic art is preferred in PC format or sent via e-mail in JPEG, TIF. EPS, BMP format. Camera-ready black and white art must be supplied if engraving includes a logo.
SET UP CHARGE
A $50(V) setup charge may apply and is dependent on the job. Art work that needs more than one hour touch up will incur an additional $60.00(P) per hour. Customer will be notified in advance if extra preparation charges are required. Hypercube and Prism Awards have NO set up or color charges.
PERSONALIZATION
An extra $2.50(V) is charged per line if personalization is needed.
ENGRAVING
Engraving is charged at .10 per letter or a maximum of $2.50(V) per line.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All orders will be acknowledged by fax or e-mail. Please review and respond immediately with any changes. Orders will be on hold until Geometrical Art, Inc receives a response. Once approved, customer will be responsible for accuracy of spelling and artwork.
TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHT & REGISTRATION MARKS
Geometrical Art bears no responsibility for legal infringements and assumes that the customer has permission to use all designs. All logos or trademarks that appear in our catalog are samples of products and are not for sale. Appearance in our catalog does not infer any endorsement by companies shown.
SPECULATIVE SAMPLES
Samples are charged at the last column pricing plus set-up charges and available in 5 to 7 working days (see artwork).
PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders will be shipped within 10 business days of approved art or approved pre-production proof.
Quantum Prism and Hypercube Awards may require additional time, large quantity orders will ship within 3 to 6 weeks of approval of pre-production proof.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
Orders cancelled during production will be charged for all work completed up to the time of cancellation.
All returns must have prior authorization. To receive proper credit, all returns must be in original packing and must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. There are no returns for engraved or personalized items.
PRICING
All prices printed are subject to change without notice
REORDER
No set up charge will apply if design is identical
RUSH ORDER
Orders requiring quicker than published lead times may be feasible. Factory authorization is required on all rush orders and a 20% surcharge may apply to set-up and product price.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Sacramento, CA via UPS, FedEx.
CLAIMS
All orders are shipped FOB factory. The distributor must make claims for damage with carrier. Claims must be made within 15 days.
TERMS
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. For all new clients a 50% deposit is required upon placement of the order. The balance is due prior to shipment Upon credit approval terms are net 30 days with an interest of 1.5% per month on all past due accounts
PACKAGING
All products are packaged in white foam pouches and shipped in quantities. Awards can be individually packaged in light corrugated boxes for a small charge.
